Jim built his career on the integrated long-term planning side of financial services before turning his focus to employee benefits. He was securities licensed and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional for many years, and remains life, health, and annuity licensed and active today.
That background shapes how this practice is run: every plan is evaluated the way any good plan should be evaluated: on whether the benefits, the numbers, and the system itself genuinely work over time for the people relying on them.
Jim helps companies add a preventive-health incentive benefit that costs neither the employer nor the employee anything net. It directs real, spendable healthcare and retirement dollars to the people who participate. He finds most clients are in the 10 - 250 employee range because they are the most numerous, though much larger entities can benefit greatly also.
